What does the 24h SLA cover?

We guarantee a reply draft within 24 hours of ingesting the review. We do not guarantee how fast Google, Booking, or Airbnb will accept a published reply.

Does autopilot post everywhere?

Only on channels where you’ve turned it on. You choose the rules in Settings → Autopilot — Recommended, Cautious, or Hands-on. Critical issues always escalate; how mild lower scores are handled is up to you.

Will AI reply to angry reviews automatically?

Critical issues and 1★ always wait for you. Milder scores follow the escalation mode you pick. You can require approval on all 1–3★ (Cautious) or allow calm 2–3★ to autopilot (Recommended).

Do you store my booking passwords?

Never. Google connects via Business Profile access; Booking and Airbnb connect through secure sync. We never hold your platform passwords.
