Privacy Policy

This is a draft for your lawyer to review. ReplyPorter (“we”) processes account email, business profile details you provide, review content synced from connected channels, and billing metadata from Lemon Squeezy.

We do not store booking platform passwords. Google, Booking.com, and Airbnb connect through secure authorized flows — we never ask for your OTA passwords to be stored by us. We use subprocessors for hosting, email (Resend), payments (Lemon Squeezy), and AI drafting — under contracts and only as needed to provide the service.
