Refunds

Pilot ($49 one-time): if we cannot complete onboarding connections within 14 days due to a ReplyPorter fault, contact us for a refund.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime in the Lemon Squeezy portal. Charges already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when an SLA free-month credit applies.
